BTWC MX 2008: ISS Statement

Hi everyone,

Please see attached the statement made by Amelia du Rand on behalf of the ISS at the BTWC Meeting of Experts in Geneva. The statement focused on the African position regarding the two main subjects up for discussion at this year's MX meeting; namely biosafety and biosecurity, and education and raising awareness about dual-use in the life sciences.
