The International Forum on Biosecurity was organised by the Arab Institute for Security Studies (ACSIS) and co-sponsored and co-hosted by the South African-based Institute for Security Studies (ISS-WMD Project), the Verification Research, Training and Information Centre (VERTIC) and the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
